Winter Update from BRITPT


Dear Friends,


Thank you to all of you who attended the Silver Jubilee celebration last month! It was so lovely to see so many smiling faces and receive all those hugs! Please know how much I truly appreciate your continued faith in our healing hands at BritPT; we really feel the privilege of your trust.


At this time, you should all be making decisions about healthcare coverage for the coming year. I would like to remind you to consider putting 3-4 visits worth of savings in an HSA toward any visits you might need at BritPT in the coming year. In addition, the Care credit card is available usually for

6 months no interest on any medical expenses. Most clients only need to see us for 4-6 visits to clear up an acute issue. If you are a long-term client with a more complicated background, you may consider putting more away. An HSA account is a tax benefit to you. If you do not have one, it may be worth discussing with your tax preparer or other financial advisor.


The website update is almost ready for launch and at that time I will start to write up some short case reports on patient problems and their resolution. This will give you more ideas about how we can assist you with those postural, muscle and joint issues, and we will start using pictures to illustrate results.


More News: I am ready to launch my Healthy is Beauty presentation which is specifically targeted at mothers and daughters to increase information around healthy body image in young girls, and using a scientific background. It has been tried and tested on my own daughter over the pre-teen to teen years and has been a very helpful framework for discussions, adding a lot of useful ideas and vocabulary on this very delicate subject. I will be looking for volunteers for a Beta Test beginning in January 2017. If anyone is interested, please let me know! My goal is to target middle schoolers, just as they have increased access to social media.


We will have limited hours between Dec 22nd and January 5th; normal hours return on January 9th.
